1. Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Southern California facilities that offer fair wages to its employees. We feel strongly about supporting our local economy! It is also environmentally friendly, reducing the fuel costs of production.
2. What type of fabric is used in each product?
Most of our products are made with certified organic cotton and/or other eco-friendly alternatives such as recycled polyester.
3. Where is fabric from?
The fabric is milled in different parts of North America, where cotton is grown and processed.
4. What sizes do you offer?
Currently we offer sizes 2T, 4T and 6 for clothing. Since many of our products are made especially for growing children, you will find that the size you purchase may last longer than the usual for toddler clothing. Accessories are one size fit all.
5. How long does it take to ship products?
Upon ordering, it takes 24-48 hours to process your order. Most shipments are received within 5-10 business days after order date; unless there are shipment delays out our our control (i.e. weather).
6. How are you following eco-friendly/green business practices?
We manufacture our products locally to reduce fuel costs. We source our raw materials mostly from North America (except when not available). We utilize energy efficient lighting in our office. We minimize printing to just the essentials, keeping most of our paperless files archived using the latest technololgy.
7. What types of charities do you support?
Mi Trompito supports charities and organizations that are dedicated to meet the needs of disadvantaged children worldwide.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
If requested in special instructions, we will gladly gift wrap with special tissue paper and recycled polyester yarn.
